Common questions, how-to guides, and what to do when something doesn't work the way you expect.

The master is the canonical, editable document — only admins can change it. A saved version is an immutable snapshot, like a release tag. Sharing a version link guarantees the recipient always sees the exact state you sent, even after the master gets updated.

Open File → Export in the editor. Pick CMYK (print) and choose your press profile (US Web Coated SWOP, Japan Color 2001, FOGRA39, FOGRA51, or Korea Standard). The exported PDF's filename will include the profile so the print shop knows which one to apply.

For digital sharing, use RGB.

The assistant only knows what's been added to Organization → Knowledge entries. Upload your manuals, protocols, brand voice docs, and FAQs there — once they're indexed (usually within a minute), the assistant will use them as grounding.

Go to Branding → Brand assets → Logos (or Colors). Click + Add, fill in the slug + SVG / hex, save. Cloudflare auto-deploys in about 60 seconds. After that, anywhere the system references that logo by slug — including documents and presentations — picks up the new asset on next page load.

Open Subscription from your profile menu (bottom-left sidebar). Upgrade to Team for 25 seats or contact sales about Enterprise for unlimited seats. Existing members keep their roles when you upgrade.

Make sure you've selected the text first, then click the format button. If you're still seeing the formatting revert after clicking outside the block, refresh the page — you may be on an older cached version of the editor.

Yes. In the editor, switch to the Tools tab in the top toolbar, pick the target language, and click Translate. The page text gets translated in place; you can hit Undo at any time to restore the originals. Arabic and Hebrew automatically flip to RTL layout.

Still stuck?

If your question isn't here, the assistant on the home page can help — it knows your knowledge base. Or reach a human directly.

Getting started

The fastest path from zero to a branded document:

  • Set up Organization first — name, contact info, headquarters. The assistant and document templates pull from this.
  • Upload your logos, colors, and fonts under Branding → Brand assets. These propagate everywhere.
  • Add your brand voice + FAQs under Organization → Knowledge entries so the assistant has something to ground on.
  • Open Documents to create your first doc from a form template.

Document editor

Documents are made of blocks: text, tables, images, signatures, page breaks, spacers. Each block carries its own style derived from the brand library, so an off-brand color or font isn't possible by accident.

  • The toolbar runs on tabs (File, Edit, Insert, Text, Table, Layout, Tools). Switch tabs to surface different ribbons of controls.
  • ⌘+S saves the master. File → Save as creates an immutable version with a shareable link.
  • The left layers panel (collapsed by default) shows every block grouped by page. Drag handles reorder; the eye toggle hides blocks from PDF export only.
  • The right context panel shows kind-specific controls for the currently selected block.

Brand voice — writing for the assistant

The TIBH assistant takes its tone from the brand_voice entries in your knowledge base. To make it sound like you:

  • Upload a tone-of-voice document covering vocabulary preferences, taboo terms, and formality level.
  • Add FAQ entries with answers written in your voice — the assistant uses these as paraphrase templates, not just facts.
  • Keep entries short and focused. Five 200-word entries beat one 1000-word entry for retrieval quality.
  • Refresh entries when your brand evolves — old guidance keeps influencing answers until you delete it.

Color modes and print export

TIBH renders everything in RGB by default — that's what monitors use. When you need a press-ready file:

  • Open File → Export in the editor.
  • Switch the color mode to CMYK.
  • Pick your press profile (US Web Coated SWOP, Japan Color 2001 Coated, FOGRA39, FOGRA51, Korea Standard).
  • The exported filename will include the profile slug so your print shop knows which ICC profile to apply.

True per-pixel CMYK conversion runs on Cloudflare's render servers — your file is print-ready, not a screen RGB pretending.

Roles and permissions

Three roles, ordered by access:

  • Admin — full control: edit brand assets, knowledge base, invite members, change subscription.
  • Editor — create + edit documents, upload media, use the assistant. Cannot change brand assets or invite members.
  • Viewer — read-only. Sees published docs, can use the assistant.

Roles are set when you invite someone, and can be changed inline on the Organization → Members page.
